Kotelnotes was born from a simple observation: millions of people long to place a prayer in the Western Wall, but very few will ever stand before it in person. We exist to close that distance, with reverence and without spectacle.
We are a small team of Jerusalem residents: writers, photographers, and observant community members: who walk to the Kotel on behalf of others. What started as a favor for distant family became a quiet practice, and then a service trusted by more than twelve thousand people across the world.
Every note is hand-carried. Every placement is documented. Nothing is read aloud, stored, or shared. The intimacy of your prayer is the entire point.
We move quietly at the wall and never disrupt prayer.
